The Gospel Coalition is finally getting rid of all their old Mark Driscoll paraphernalia after years of keeping Driscoll-swag in a big musty cloud of stink inside a New York storage unit. Though most of “The Swag” can be bought with a quarter, TGC is having a difficult time moving his signature shoes, books, laundry baskets, shirts, coffee mugs, and suitcases. “I picked up one of his signature shirts and took a large whiff of it with my nose-holes. It smelled stale and dank, so I put it back. Every item smelled sour and gave my child an asthma attack,” claimed Linda Bork of Virginia.
“Yes, it is true we are selling old Driscoll merchandise in front of our offices. Though they are rank and have a strong stink, we believe his most loyal fans will buy the items,” asserted a TGC representative.
Driscoll resigned from TGC in 2012 under a musty cloud of controversy.
