OPINION: It’s Time to Stop Disrespecting Wayne Grudem’s Honey Bees

Of course...

Yes, they keep dying; yes, they are not producing honey at all and are awful for the environment because of the hot stink they leave. Yes, Wayne can’t write anymore because, well, all those bees — but please,

Don’t disrespect them.

I’ve heard it all: “He tries to pet them, then he kills them on accident.” Yes, I know, but as far as bees go, they are beautiful and probably hard to not try to touch them.

I was on Home Improvement.

“Wayne doesn’t have the slightest clue about bee-keeping and the more you encourage him, the more beehives he will accidentally tip over.” Believe me, it’s not an ideal situation. He’s TRYING though.

Last Man Standing had a good run.

Wayne Grudem doesn’t understand the first thing about bees, but he’s the first high-profile theologian I know of who’s trying. I like his moxie.

Give Wayne Grudem, and his bees, some respect.
